Born to Howard and Anne Marie Davis in TS388, Jessie grew up in the city of Suresta, Méria, in the southeast part of Kiërda.  After losing her parents in a plane crash at the age of 15, Jessie moved to Central to live with her aunt and uncle, Carol and Robert Kyme.  During her time in Central, she developed a close bond with Carol's son Kevin, and they remained close even when she left Central to go to college in the Upstate.  Merely days before her graduation from James C. Riley University, a car carrying Jessie was struck head-on by a drunk driver.  The driver of the car and the front passenger died instantly; Jessie, who was in the back seat, died of critical injuries a short time later.
