Located in East Central, the Sunrise Apartment Complex-- along with its sister complex, Sunset Apartments, located in Western Central-- represents the "higher-end" of Central's real estate.  Each building consists of 36 apartments (18 "singles" and 18 "doubles") and each apartment comes with a full-sized washer and dryer, a range, and a dishwasher.

One of the buildings in this establishment was visited in a dream by Kevin Kyme and later became the scene of an altercation between him and Ryan Jamas.  It is believed that both Ryan and his beau, Cheryl Atkinson, have resided in this apartment complex at some time.
